How do I choose the right fixture for my space?
We recommend starting with the room’s purpose, size, and ceiling height. Consider whether the fixture will serve as the primary source of light or provide accent or task lighting. What’s the difference between a chandelier, pendant, and flush mount?
Chandeliers, pendants, and flush or semi-flush mounts are all ceiling-mounted lighting options. While they serve a similar purpose, each offers a different balance of scale, placement, and presence.

• Chandeliers feature multiple light sources and are often used to anchor spaces like dining rooms and foyers.
• Pendant lights hang from the ceiling and work well for more focused light over kitchen islands or tables.
• Flush and semi-flush mount lights sit closer to the ceiling, making them a natural choice for rooms with lower ceilings or limited clearance.

What type of bulbs do Quoizel fixtures use?
Bulb type varies by fixture and is listed in the product specifications on each product page. Common bulb bases include E26 (standard), E12 (candelabra), and integrated LED.

What bulb size and wattage should I use?
We recommend following the maximum wattage and bulb type listed in the fixture specifications. Using the correct bulb ensures proper performance and helps protect the fixture over time.

If reduced brightness is preferred and a dimmer switch is not being used, you may select a lower-wattage bulb that does not exceed the fixture’s maximum rating. 

What color temperature is best for my space?
Choosing the right tone helps create a space that feels comfortable and inviting. 

• 2700K–3000K: Warm white light ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining spaces
• 3000K–3500K: Soft, neutral light well suited for kitchens and baths
• 4000K+: Bright, cool light typically used for task or utility spaces 

Are LED bulbs compatible with Quoizel fixtures?
Yes. Many of our fixtures are compatible with LED bulbs. Please refer to the product specifications to confirm bulb type, wattage limits, and dimmer compatibility.

Do you offer integrated LED fixtures?
Yes. Some styles feature integrated LED technology, designed for energy efficiency and long-lasting performance and do not require bulb replacement under normal use.

How high should I hang a pendant or chandelier?
For most rooms, pendants and chandeliers should hang 30"–36" above a table or surface. In open spaces, ensure the bottom of the fixture is at least 7 feet above the floor. Proper height helps maintain comfort, balance, and clear sightlines.

How do I determine the right fixture size for a room?
Add the room’s length and width in feet, then convert that total to inches to estimate an ideal fixture diameter. For example, a 12' × 12' room pairs well with a 24" ceiling fixture.

Are Quoizel fixtures hard-wired?
Most of our lighting fixtures are hard-wired and designed for standard residential electrical systems. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.

Are installation instructions included?
Yes. Every fixture includes an instruction sheet in the packaging to guide proper installation.

Can I download installation instructions online?
Absolutely. Installation guides are available for download directly on each product page for easy reference before or after purchase.

Can Quoizel fixtures be installed on a dimmer switch?
Many of our fixtures are dimmable when paired with the appropriate bulb and compatible dimmer switch. Always confirm compatibility using the fixture specifications and bulb manufacturer guidelines.

What materials do you use in your lighting?
We thoughtfully select materials that balance durability, beauty, and performance. Depending on the fixture, this may include steel, glass, natural material accents, and specialty finishes designed to age gracefully over time. 

Because some materials are handcrafted or artisan made, slight variations in finish, glass, or natural elements are expected and considered part of the design, not manufacturing defects.

Do finishes look the same in person as they do online?
Finishes may vary slightly from what is shown in photography due to lighting, screen settings, and natural material variation. These differences are normal and reflect the character of the materials used.

What is Tiffany glass?
Tiffany glass is a time-honored art form made by hand-cutting and assembling individual pieces of stained glass into a mosaic design. Each of our Tiffany glass fixtures is handcrafted, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike.

Subtle variations in color, pattern, and glass placement are a natural part of the process and are what give each fixture its character. While every design follows the same overall pattern and color story, these small differences ensure your light feels truly one of a kind

Are Quoizel fixtures safety certified?
Yes. Our fixtures are tested and certified to meet applicable safety standards unless otherwise noted. Certification details, such as UL or ETL listings, are included in the product specifications. 

What does damp or wet rated mean?
Always select a fixture rated for the environment where it will be installed. 

• Damp Rated: Suitable for humid environments like bathrooms, covered patios, or laundry rooms
• Wet Rated: Approved for direct exposure to water, including uncovered outdoor areas

How are fixtures packaged for shipping?

Will outdoor finishes change over time?
Outdoor fixtures are designed for durability, but natural exposure to sun, moisture, and coastal air may gradually affect finish appearance. Regular cleaning and proper installation help extend performance.
